Polaroid Camera Cheese Slicer
This is the Say Cheese Instant Slicer, a kitchen gadget from Gama-Go that was advertised for just $10 back in 2014. It’s a cheese slicer that looks like a Polaroid camera. Instead of printing out instant photos, it spits out cheese. Which, if you ask me, Cheese > Photos. Even photos of butts, my favorite kind of photo. My favorite kind of cheese? Nacho. But any kind attached to a pizza is a close second.
The Say Cheese Instant Slicer takes its inspiration from those classic instant cameras that spit out a photograph seconds after you press the shutter. Except this thing doesn’t take pictures. You slide it across a block of cheese, and a thin slice comes out where the photo normally would. Pretty clever, right?
The novelty kitchen gadget made the rounds online in January 2014, with its retro camera design and affordable price attracting plenty of attention. And unlike an actual Polaroid camera, this one didn’t require film. Just cheese. Lots and lots of cheese.
And honestly, who wouldn’t want a camera that gives you cheese instead of pictures? No blurry shots, no awkward family photos, just a delicious slice of cheese whenever you need one.
It’s probably not going to make you a better photographer, but it’ll definitely make sandwich time a little more interesting. Now if only someone could invent a camera that spits out pizza, we’d really be onto something.
Awe man… I dunno butt photos are pretty good. Cheese is really good too. Too close to call maybe.
