Most of us can agree that the year of 2020 was less than ideal, due to coronavirus restrictions and the colossal changes that we all had to endure, working from home and forgoing all social interactions. Now that most of these restrictions have been dropped for those of us who are vaccinated, a lot of people are slowly making the switch and returning back to the office. Many people have reported having let themselves go physically during the lockdown, due to limited social interactions and the lack of motivation to get ready for the day, as the day was to be spent at home anyways.
