Ever wonder what the Instagrams of Disney Princesses would look like? You have too much time on your hands. Regardless, here’s what B for Bel imagined when she gave our favorite fairy-tale ladies their very own Instagram accounts. Because apparently living in a castle, finding true love, and occasionally escaping an evil villain just aren’t enough. These princesses need social media too!
What Would Disney Princesses Post on Instagram?
The original series appeared in 2013, back when Instagram was already filling up with selfies, food pictures, and people sharing every little detail of their lives. So naturally, B for Bel decided Disney characters should get in on the action. Snow White takes selfies, Tiana shares food photos, and Pocahontas shows off her animal friends. You know, the usual princess stuff. Just with considerably better outfits than the rest of us.

And it’s not just the pictures that make the idea funny. The imaginary comments are part of the joke too. One of the original mockups even has Grumpy complaining about Snow White’s selfie. Because apparently living with seven dwarfs doesn’t mean you get a break from people judging your Instagram posts. Honestly, that’s probably the most realistic part of the whole thing.
Were the Disney Princess Instagram Accounts Real?
Of course, these weren’t real princess Instagram accounts. They were funny fan-made illustrations imagining how Disney characters might behave if they had smartphones and social feeds. Or maybe B for Bel actually follows them on Instagram and is reporting back? Ah hell, who knows?
You kids with your social mediums and whatnot, I can never keep up!
