Servers clad in surgeorn and nurse uniforms treat diners like patients, delivering ooky-looking food and IV bagged beverages. I can’t really see the appeal here. Hospitals are notorious for serving disgusting, practically inedible food—why would any choose to subject themselves to that? Besides, every time I walk into a hospital, the smell alone makes me lose my appetite immediately. Something about the lingering scent of sickness and death just knocks the desire to eat right out of me.
