Meet Maxwell Day of London. He’s the Guinness World Record holder for the largest external foot rotation. Yes, “largest external foot rotation” is a thing! Who knew? I did not until just now. Maxwell can bend his feet backwards 157 degrees. How far can you bend your feet? I tried but I heard something crack, so I stopped immediately. I feel like that was the right choice.
