So The Cheeseburger Ball Gag Is A Thing That Exists

How can I break this to you easily? I can’t. I’m just going to come out and say it: the Silencing Slider, aka the cheeseburger ball gag, is a thing that exists IRL. They say there’s something for everyone, and I guess someone’s something is a cheeseburger ball gag. Oh, who am I kidding? I am v into this.

The Silencing Slider was created by Gorge Ohwell, which marketed it as a handmade novelty with a cheeseburger-shaped mouthpiece. The burger was described as being made from food-grade silicone, complete with an adjustable leather strap. That’s an impressive amount of effort to put into something that looks like it belongs on a fast-food menu. And here I thought I’d seen every possible use for a cheeseburger.

And the price? Back in 2015, the Silencing Slider was advertised for $69 and was also being sold through Etsy. Of course it was $69! I wouldn’t have it any other way. Whether you consider it a novelty gift, a bizarre invention, or the ultimate combination of food and kink, you have to admit someone really committed to the concept. Just don’t confuse this cheeseburger with lunch. That would be a very different kind of surprise.
