Check out this watermelon bread! It isn’t made from watermelon, it just looks like watermelon. Confusing! Apparently the fruity looking loaves are all the rage in Taiwan right now. The bread’s made out of different colored doughs that are put together to make up the appearance of a watermelon. A square watermelon, that is. Which really do exist! Why? Because Japan. That’s why.
