One morning last week, passengers of the L Train in NYC were treated to quite an experience. No, it didn’t involve nudity, strange smells or even rodents. Some very special fare was served up to a few unsuspecting passengers. Boarding at 8th Avenue and 14th Street and heading for Brooklyn, they witnessed the subway car transform into a fine dining establishment by A Razor, A Shiny Knife. Described as “an educational, social and theatrical culinary experience,” this beautiful 6-course meal was captured on video for us to enjoy as well.
