One Woman Photoshopped To Portray 25 Countries’ Beauty Standards
Journalist Esther Honig took a self portrait and hired 40 different people from 25 different countries to make her beautiful using Photoshop. The project’s goal is to show the differences between cultures’ ideals of beauty, but really, we’re looking at individuals’ personal ideals if you really think about it. Or if you even kinda think about it. Still, the results are interesting to say the least. And I’m not just saying that because of the Phillipines’ version at ~1:20, but damn, girl! That wig is everything.
