Well, it’s official. Cats have entirely taken over the internet. Not only do they have their own social network, but now they have their own interactive online map too. The ZSL London Zoo put together a map that keeps track of all the kitties in the world, including the zoo’s new Sumatran tigers, Jae Jae and Melati. Anyone can add their cats to the map and include information like age, gender, color, and a more detailed description. For example, Bastet is a female calico who enjoys squirrels, naps, and loudly meowing at the entrance to the garage. We also know that Dorothy is a black tabby who has “intimacy issues.” Wow, this is actually starting to sound a lot more like a cat dating site than I’m comfortable with. (And just FYI, don’t Google cat dating site because the results are just depressing.)
