You know how on TV sitcoms there’s that one scuzzy dude with the tricked out apartment that dims the lights and plays porn music when he flicks a switch? Well (un)fortunately technology has finally caught up with the idea. The guys (we’re assuming guys) from Instructables have come up with a way to set the mood that’s built right into a pair of pants. When you unzip “Romance Pants” sensors tell the lights to dim and the stereo to increase the volume. Unbutton them and candles turn on like magic thanks to nichrome wires and shaved match tips. Of course, those mood setting rooms usually backfire on TV, so building the controls directly into your pants seems like a good way to get slapped while your pants are around your ankles.
