Down in South America an arms race of sorts has been going on right under our noses. No, not a secret space program, or a biological weapons program, but a race to see who can build the tallest structure out of LEGOs. Brazil recently snatched the record away from Chile by creating a LEGO tower measuring 102 feet and 3 inches tall. The tower is made up of 500,000 LEGO pieces, and a crane was used to put the final pieces on the top. I wonder if they just couldn’t go any higher, or if the entire country of Brazil ran out of LEGOs?
