This is a Sparkle Skirt by Becky Stern. It lights up when you move! Becky even provides a video tutorial, so with a skirt, color-changing NeoPixels, a Flora accelerometer, and some sewing skills, you can make your very own! Unfortunately I do NOT have any of those things. Including a skirt. I just wear two sweat shirts tied around my waist. One to cover my front butt, the other to hide my butt butt. Some say it’s tacky, but I just say hey @$$hole, I can’t help it that I’m poor! it’s innovative.
