Take awesome photos, connect with local Facebook groups, and be clever with your listing descriptions. People are going to make impressions way before they even contact you to see the place.
Choose the Right Price
The real estate market is a tricky place to navigate. When choosing a price to list your home at, be aware that a number too high or even too low can jeopardize the sale. Chat with your real estate agent and price your home based on both what the house is worth and how other homes in the area are being priced.
