The Ruff Bowl is a portable bowl that clips to your most retractable dog leashes. It holds 4.5 oz of water and also has a little clip for holding used poop bags. That’s right, it basically takes care of both ends of your dog. Talk about a twofer! Too bad they don’t make anything that convenient for cats—preferably something that simultaneously cleans the litter box and remembers to make sure they always have food in their bowl so they don’t wake you up at 4 in the morning by laying on your face.
