We all work pretty hard for 40 hours every week to earn some cash… and in this economy most of us are struggling, no matter how hard we work. And sometimes it seems like the hardest work is valued the least. But Philadelphia artist Stacey Lee Webber comes from a long line of laborers who have worked on farms, factories and in construction, and she values skilled labor. That’s why she created The Craftsmen Series, featuring sculptures of tools used by blue collar workers made of coins. The thought provoking series illustrates the connection between hard work and meager earnings.
