Remember those boring thrift shop paintings jazzed up with monsters and aliens by Thyrza Segal? Well there’s more where that came from and this time around she’s included some before and after shots. My before and after shots? They’re pretty much the same except I actually gained weight. I ate everything on the diet plan, PLUS my usual daily intake. Turns out, that’s not how it works. Oh well! You live, you learn, you tear up the after photo, and cry in the shower. ♫ It’s the circle of liiiiiiiiife! ♫

    Thanks for the Heads up Headley! I just added the “before” picture for “The Secret” which I believe was entitled “On the Mend” painted in 1966. The original painting was about a big eyed girl taking her cat to the vet.
    My version is about an alien that tells horrifying stories to children.
