For a long time zombies have been quarantined to what many consider lesser forms of art like B-movies and video games. (To be clear, we don’t consider those things anything less than awesome.) But lately zombies have not only shuffled their way into hit movies and mainstream comic books, but fine literature as well. Now zombie-ism has spread so far into our culture that it’s even infected our poetry. Aim For the Head: An Anthology of Zombie Poetry offers something to the poetry buff who’s felt sorely left out of the zombie apocalypse. Published by Write Bloody Publishing and edited by Rob “Ratpack Slim” Sturma, this collection contains 100 pages of rotten poetry… rotten in the decaying sense of course.
