This is the Whisk’ designed by Ivan Zhang. The Whisk’ whisk doesn’t just whisk — it separates the yolk from the egg whites. Genius! I know I’ve attempted the whole egg separation process a time or 10 and it’s always ended in tears. Yeah, runny yolk mixed with egg whites mixed with tears mixed with me screaming at myself, reflected upside-down in a spoon “WHY CAN’T YOU DO ANYTHING RIGHT?!” I… probably shouldn’t be allowed in a kitchen. I guess you could say that I can’t stand the heat. Figuratively and literally. I mean, why’s it gotta be so hot in there, anyway?
