I once knew a dude who would bring his own mini pepper grinder everywhere he went. I guess it had something to do with the quality of freshly cracked pepper opposed to ground pepper.  It also had everything to do with him being a total crazy person. What’s NOT crazy? Sriracha To Go Packets. In fact, I would call a stock of these a neccessity. Sure it isn’t the well known Huy Fong brand Rooster sauce we’re all familiar with, it’s made by Lee Kum Kee. But c’mon it’s still Sriracha sauce. And Sriracha is Sriracha is Sriracha is oh my god I used to much — my mouth is on fire!
