Mill Ends is the smallest park in the whole wide world. It measures just a little teensy weensy 2-feet in diameter and is located in Portland, Oregon. Oh, Portland? You don’t say. In this video, Mark Ross of Portland’s Parks And Recreation Department tells us alllllllllllllllll about Mill Ends. How much information could possibly exist about a park so small only one person can stand in it at a time? More than I inititally thought. Like way way more. I was basically just expecting Mark to point at a picture and say “This… is the world’s smallest park.” So you can imagine my shock when I realized the video was 3 minutes long. That’s like, eternity in internet time!
