Pepper the emotional humanoid robot officiated the union between robo bride and groom Yukirin and Frois. *sniffles* I always cry at weddings, you know? In this case, the tears aren’t out of happiness for the glowing couple. Or sadness because it is a reminder I will die alone. Nor are they tears disappointment because there’s no open bar. These are tears of fear, because this is clearly a sign of the times — the robot apocalypse will soon be upon us. And I’m like, really not looking forward to that.
