Pavegen is a tech company that’s created flooring that generates energy by harnessing peoples’ footsteps. They use that energy to power street lights and charge vehicles and probably other stuff too, I imagine. Smart! In the video above you’ll see a demonstration of how footsteps can charge a Tesla. If you don’t ask me, I totally understand. I’m not exactly an expert on the subject. Or any subject for that matter. Okay, you’re right, I do know the Taco Bell menu by heart, so there’s that.
