It’s an uncut store-bought spicy tuna roll stuck on a skewer, coated in a Sriracha and cornmeal batter, then deep fried. Basically 50% sushi, 50% corn dog, and 110% delicious. Amidoinitrite? Math has never been my strong suit. But I more than make up for it in the eating department — TOTAL PRO STATUS. Om nom nom!
